30 Day Challenge Day 8: Find the time...find the time

Thoughts: Just a short one today.  I just wanted to leave you all with a little tidbit, there's always time.  Unless you've come up against that one day in a hundred that's just like hell broke loose, there's always time for a workout.  If you really start addressing your excuses, you'll find that they become flimsier and flimsier.  Don't short change your life because you just couldn't be bothered to exercise. Food: I think this is where we all struggle the most.  When I get to the weekend and I finally have some time to just sit down and spend time with my husband I don't want to cook or worry about what I'm eating.  Which is bad.  I have to make a conscious effort to really address what it is I'm eating or to at least eat a small portion if its bad. Progress: I'm not seeing much progress so far, although my jeans fit incredibly well which is amazing.  Don't freak out if you're not seeing "results" yet either.  It's only been a week.  It'll happen.  Just keep plugging away.
