30 Day Challenge || Jessica Day 10: Holy S&*! Rita!
I confess, I have thought Rita's workouts are slightly easier than Melissa's. Today's workout changed my mind!
Day 10
What you need
> Timer
> Sand Bag (I used a set of 8lb dumbbells)
> Dip Station (I substituted 5 pike presses + 5 bicep curls...who keeps a dip station at work??)
Workout Breakdown
30 second work + 10 seconds rest for 18 rounds (3 rounds of 6 moves)
1) Lateral Lunge + cross LT 11-12-11
2) Lateral Lunge + cross RT 12-11-12
3) Plank - Elbows to Hands 11-11-9
4) Pop Squats (I counted the squat as 1 rep) 20-18-16
5) Pull Ups Substituted 5 pike presses + 5 bicep curls 2-2-2
6) Frog Jumps 13-13-12
I followed the workout with 4 min 10/20 sec skipping.
