30 Day Challenge || Jessica Day 13: Make It Count

We are almost halfway through the challenge!  Woohoo!  I don't know about you, but some days it is harder for me to get motivated than others.  Today, I did not feel like working out.  I felt like relaxing on my lunch break, but instead, I knocked out Day 13.  Of course, I felt energized afterward and was glad to have completed the workout. How do you motivate yourself when you don't feel like working out? Day 13 What you need > Sand Bag (I used a set of 8lb dumbbells) > Timer 30 seconds of work / 10 seconds of rest for 18 rounds = 12 min (I did 10/40 x 18 rounds for a 15 minute workout) 1) Front Squat + Overhead Press + Triceps Press 9-10-9 2) Shoulder Tap Plank 27-28-32 3) Deadlift + Row 12-13-13 4) Skipping 109-100-101 5) Side Plank Lifts LT 16-17-17 6) Side Plank Lifts RT 15-15-12 How did you do? Jessica Breakfast - apple spiced oatmeal, coffee with milk Lunch - salad with quinoa & egg whites in red wine vinaigrette Snack - an orange (I forgot to pack almonds otherwise I would have had some of them, too) Dinner - left over quinoa turkey stuffed peppers & green salad
