30 Day Challenge || Jessica Day 8: Total Body Workout/Massacre

Today is the first time I woke up noticeably sore (thanks to yesterday's dead-lifts!).  Once again, my morning workout plans were ruined by sleep, so I did today's workout during my lunch break.  For me, today was the toughest workout yet of this challenge.  The lateral push-ups were especially brutal! Day 8 What you need: Only a timer! Workout Breakdown 50 seconds of work / 10 seconds of active rest for 12 rounds (3 rounds of the 4 exercises) active rest = mountain climbers *Mountain Climbers* 1) 180 Ninja Jump Tucks 11-8-8 *Mountain Climbers* 2) Bent Body Push-ups (I did all but 3 from my knees...weak sauce!) 10-9-10 *Mountain Climbers* 3) Lateral Touch Towns 21-20-22 *Mountain Climbers* 4) Plank Kick-Out 23-20-23 I followed with this bonus: 20 1-leg bridge leg lifts per leg 4 min 10/20 skipping (tabata) How did you do?
