30 Day Challenge | Pamela: Day 10 - I Didn't Want To, But I Did It Anyway

Today I did not want to workout at all! I was really digging just sitting on the couch sipping my coffee, surfing the net, and spending some time with my husband. But I knew it had to be done. So i got up and smashed out the workout. I have to admit that I did skip my warm up, but I did make sure to stretch afterward. That's the great thing about these workouts... they're only 12 minutes.... you can fit them in no problem!

The workout

Find the workout video along with a workout breakdown and warm-up/cool down videos for day 10 here. I have a feeling I'm going to be feeling this workout in my backside tomorrow! I made sure to really stretch my hamstrings and glutes after today's workout.

Modifications

I didn't have to make any modifications today. The frog jumps I could feel just slightly in my lower back, but other than that, everything was good. Day 10
