Today I did not want to workout at all! I was really digging just sitting on the couch sipping my coffee, surfing the net, and spending some time with my husband. But I knew it had to be done. So i got up and smashed out the workout. I have to admit that I did skip my warm up, but I did make sure to stretch afterward. That's the great thing about these workouts... they're only 12 minutes.... you can fit them in no problem!

I have a feeling I'm going to be feeling this workout in my backside tomorrow! I made sure to really stretch my hamstrings and glutes after today's workout.
I didn't have to make any modifications today. The frog jumps I could feel just slightly in my lower back, but other than that, everything was good.
