30 Day Challenge | Pamela: Day 14 - OK... I'll Try The Dancercise

The workout

Find the workout video along with a workout breakdown and warm-up/cool down videos for day 14 here. I'm going to be honest. When I first saw the workout for today I wasn't really looking forward to it. I'm not really the Zumba/dancercise type of fitness person despite having taken ballet, tap, jazz etc when I was younger, and generally loving to get my groove on. But I put my big girl panties on an woke up at 4:30 to get it done... I got 2 minutes in and just plain could not. On top of it just not being my style, I didn't really feel like I was getting in a workout. It'd didn't help that I was very tired this morning and needed some help getting motivated, and this video just wasn't motivating for me. So I moved on to Teisha's yoga instead. The yoga video was good I got a good stretch in on my legs, though I felt it was very short and ended abruptly. I felt like I needed more. Oh well.... not every day is going to be a spectacular workout.
