30 Day Challenge | Pamela: Day 21 & 22 - Small Plate Method
Day 21 I was actually sick, so I skipped it. I had planned to do a warm up video that also included a bit of a workout, then a 5 minute kettle bell workout and then Tiesha's yoga, but since I've been sick for a few days, I decided to skip day 21 and go straight to day 22 to try and catch up.

The workout
Today's workout was a great workout to jump back into working out. The moves were easy yet still provided a good workout. I was definitely sweating at the end of the workout. I didn't need to do any modifications for my back, just for still being a bit weak after being sick. I just took my time and concentrated on the movements. Even with taking it easy, I still worked up a good sweat. [caption id="attachment_39709" align="aligncenter" width="300"]
