If you remember form my last post, I was sick for a couple of days, so I'm trying to play catch up and get back on track with the 30 day challenge. Since day 23 was a rest day, I went straight for day 24. Unfortunately, my body wasn't having it. I got about 10 minutes into my workout and just did not have the energy to continue. So, remember what I've said before... you body knows best. Listen to it!
I ended up getting all the way through the warm up video, but then only made it through one round of the day 24 workout. Always listen to what your body tells you.

Mexican food! We loved that restaurant that my father-in-law ordered from for my birthday so much, that we decided to order from there for lunch. My husband is back at work which means he is gone for days at a time. Since he had a few hours off work today, we decided to spend as much time as possible together instead of me spending my time cooking in the kitchen.
I ordered chicken fajitas and had half for lunch.
