Today is day 26 of the challenge which is a rest day! I've used the day to catch up on some reading and a whole lot of blogging. I've got a bunch of new recipes coming at you over on my personal blog. I've got two simple salad dressing recipes, how to make your own kefir, and a toothpaste recipe all coming up. So check that out if you like simple to make recipes that taste like they took a lot if effort!
BreakfastCoffee with a tablespoon of gelatin, and a large bowl of oatmeal
LunchThe last of the Mexican food we ordered the other night... I know... I made that one meal last for 3. The portions that restaurants give out are HUGE!
DinnerA big ol' salad with some delicious everything dressing
The numbersHere's where I'm at so far. Consistency is tough, it's also the way in which we make permanent changes. Being able to take a look at the numbers accumulating over the days helps me to see where I've been slacking and need to tighten it up.
