30 Day Challenge | Pamela: Day 4- Salty Lips

Salty lips?! What the...? If you got all the way through day 4, you'll know why this post is called salty lips. Right as Rita said it I tasted it lol. I loved those elbow ups from yesterday. My triceps were still sore this morning. I think I need to do those more often :) . Today is Sunday, and so I didn't workout right when I woke up, instead I waited until later in the day. I think I like working out first thing in the morning... I feel stronger in the mornings. I think from now on I'll get my workouts in first thing, even on the weekends.

The workout

This workout should have been called the bubble butt workout... my glutes are going to be hurting tomorrow! Love it! Today I used my homemade equalizer which you can find out how to make here. Find the workout video along with a workout breakdown and warm-up/cool down videos for day 4 here.

Modifications

The only modifications I did was changing the dip station crunch to a raised leg crunch on the floor, and instead of the reverse plank I did a bridge. For some reason the reverse plank was really hurting my back. I think I just need to get those muscles stronger. 1517461_584528004955970_2096640244_n

Food log

Breakfast

Coffee with a tablespoon of grass-fed gelatin and two mini quiche.

Lunch

Tandoori chicken, homemade vegetable samosa filling, and an apple

Snack

Spinach salad with raisins, pecans, tomatoes, grated Parmesan cheese, and everything dressing

Dinner

Chicken marinated in everything dressing and a spinach salad (see snack)   :) Pamela
