Today I woke up pretty much pan free, which was awesome! I also woke up about a half hour before my alarm clock which gave me some extra time to work on my blogging... I have an awesome article coming soon about why your scale is useless... keep an eye out for it. Speaking of scales, you may remember that I'm not using one for this challenge, so here's a quick update on what I AM tracking.
