30 Day Challenge | Pamela: Day 8 - Getting Into The Groove

Today I woke up pretty much pan free, which was awesome! I also woke up about a half hour before my alarm clock which gave me some extra time to work on my blogging... I have an awesome article coming soon about why your scale is useless... keep an eye out for it. Speaking of scales, you may remember that I'm not using one for this challenge, so here's a quick update on what I AM tracking.
  • Number of days I've worked out: 7 out of 8
  • Number of minutes spent working out: 158
  • Number of days with no junk food: 8 of 8 (Also, no grains)
So far so good. There is a group on Facebook that was started by a fellow BodyRocker for the 30 day challenge that I stumbled upon and being part of that group of super motivating ladies has been very helpful. The workout

Find the workout video along with a workout breakdown and warm-up/cool down videos for day 8 here. Today's workout was HARD, plain and simple. But I modified where needed so that I could keep going through to the end... I was super sweaty at the end!

Modifications

I didn't make any modifications to this workout for my back, only for ability... I CAN NOT do ninja jumps to save my life! Day 8
