Bonus Ab Challenge #1

Hi Everyone, So, I have landed back in the City of Toronto #waves#  yesterday and it's currently 10pm in my body but 4 pm here ... so right now I am not sure if i'm tired, hungry or thirsty or just even in my body lol. I normally give my body time to adjust to the time difference before trying to train as it can make me feel really sick, altho I also find this time zone very difficult to be in - we will see how it goes :). So I am back on it tomorrow & in preparation - I am going to post an exercise for you to add into your daily HIIT routine ... We are also still adding our Squats into our days too so don't forget those bad boys !! ... We are seriously going all out for our christmas target & the little black dresses season. Workout Breakdown: Screen Shot 2013-09-15 at 3.38.00 PM Set Your Screen Shot 2013-08-17 at 8.22.17 PM  to a timer and complete 100 reps of the following exercise (50 each side) as quickly as possible, but never compromise your form for time.
