#30daychallenge-Day 11 Just keep going

They say it takes 14 days to make or break a habit, we are almost there. You have to just keep going and finding the time to make yourself accountable. Its only 12 minutes but the way you feel afterwards is always amazing. Its a rest day once again for the rest of you but I stayed out way to late Friday night and I am a day behind. I am blessed with a handful of solid friends. Most women know what I mean when I say it's not easy find "true" friendships but I have been blessed with a few. This workout was fun! I love burpees and who doesn't like swinging your body into the sky. PUSH PUSH PUSH and if you need to drop the weight, drop it. I regret not writing down my scores for this one but I got a good sweat on. I have been craving a lot of sweets lately! Its really hard for me to say NO. I am trying really hard to build my self control but it seems to be harder than I thought. Nonetheless don't give up! Stop doing what you would have don't before and QUIT. You don't need to be perfect to be successful and you can still reach your goals even with the occasional slip up. I personally like bright colors and feel extra happy to do my workout in clothes that make me feel good PicsArt_1390780255890   I start school again tomorrow so today I will preparing my meals for the week.
