#30daychallenge: Day 13- school started YIKES!

Yup yup I've officially started school again and my schedule is going to be a real juggling act. Every Tuesday ill be at school all day and night. This is going to take some real planning on my part so that i have enough to eat. I have never taken this many classes before and I am already feeling very overwhelmed.

On to the workout:

Loved the front squats and triceps extension. If you are a beginner I suggest using a lighter weight because your form could easily become sloppy. I am currently using 30lbs in my sandbag and it was pretty heavy for this combo. Remember to breathe, I know it sounds like a big DUH! but you would be surprised by how many times you are actually holding your breathe.

What I ate today:

Breakfast: Eggs

Snack: Protein Shake

Snack: Apple and almonds

Lunch: Eggs, black beans with a sprinkle of cilantro and chili flakes

Dinner: Whiskey baked Chicken and Asparagus

Well tomorrow is Tuesday so you know where Ill be all day; SCHOOL. Wish my sanity luck!
