#30daychallenge- Day 8- Yummy mexicana

I love MEXICAN food! So this week when I prepped my chicken I marinated it in Mexican spices and tomatoes. I used it to make Enchiladas, tacos, taco salad, nachos (for my friends house) and this Chicken salad: Salad-
  • shredded lettuce
  • cilantro
  • green onions
  • chicken
  • black beans
  • guacamole
  • and a little dash of hot sauce as your "dressing"
Quick and easy. Workout was light today but it felt good. I bruised my ankle doing those 180 ninja jumps from Day 8! Please use a yoga mat! I did do push-ups instead of pull ups. My doors are too wide for the pull up bar :/ I finally woke up before the SUN today! I feel a little bit like myself but I know that once school starts back up I will never have a quiet moment so I am enjoying this as much as possible. I have made a new goal: I want to compete in a bikini competition again so as soon as this challenge is over it is back to the weight room and using bodyrock as my night time cardio. I am nervous because I know what kind of dedication it takes to do these BUT I am ready to challenge my mentality! And you guys are coming along with me so that will keep me focused.
