4 Delicious Smoothies That Won’t Ruin Your Diet (Under 50 Calories!)

Sometimes I need just a little snack – which then turns into a big snack. Sigh.... Or it is close to dinner time and I’m hungry, but don’t want to spoil my dinner. Sometimes I just need a little extra something before I go to bed. These are some simple and low cal smoothies to satisfy a craving and helps keep you on track.
  1. Cinnamon rolls - 1 cup ice, 1/2 cup water, 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (which is under 20 calories), dash of cinnamon, 1/8 tsp of vanilla extract, 1 packet of Stevia
  2. Chocolate Hazelnut - 1 cup ice, 1/2 cup water, 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk, 1 TBSP unsweetened cocoa powder (about 5 calories), 1/8 tsp of hazelnut extract, 1 packet of Stevia
  3. Chocolate Peppermint Cookie - 1 cup ice, 1/2 cup water, 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk, 1 TBSP unsweetened cocoa powder (about 5 calories), 1/8 tsp of peppermint extract, 1 packet of Stevia
  4. Fruity Tooty - 1 cup ice, 1/2 cup water, 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk, juice of 1 lemon, 1 lime, and 1 orange, 1 packet of Stevia
