Squat With Burpee - 12 reps

Begin holding equalizer in front of your chest. Sit back into your heels and lean back into a squat position. Ensure you knees do not go past your toes! Straighten legs and squeeze your glute muscles, lifting the equalizer above your head. Now complete a burpee with your hands positioned ontop of the equalizer. That is one rep.

Ticep Dips- 12 reps

Brooke-Equalizer (32 of 40) Brooke-Equalizer (33 of 40) Keep your core engaged during this exercise and complete 10 reps slow and controlled.  

Push Ups- 12 reps

Brooke-Equalizer (34 of 40) Brooke-Equalizer (35 of 40)Place your hands on the foam grips. Keep your body straight from your shoulders all the way down to your toes during these pushups !

Army Plank- 12 reps

Brooke-Equalizer (36 of 40) Brooke-Equalizer (37 of 40) Brooke-Equalizer (38 of 40) Brooke-Equalizer (39 of 40)Brooke-Equalizer (36 of 40) Begin in a plank on your elbows with your feet placed on top of the equalizer. Keep core engaged during the whole exercise and keep body in a straight line from your shoulders to your toes. Press into the floor with your left hand and then your right so that you are now in a plank position on your hands instead of your elbows. Hold for 2 seconds and then come back onto your elbows. That is one rep.
