Short on time? Need a quick burst of energy or short warm-up? This 4 minute workout should do the trick!!
Set a timer for 4 minutes - every 15 seconds you will switch exercises until time is up OR if you have an interval timer set it for 15 seconds work/no rest, for 16 total rounds
