46-Year-Old Woman Faces Off Against 20-Year-Old In Fitness Challenge!

It is supposedly 'natural' for a woman over 40 to lose some of her fitness and agility, but is this really and inevitable fact? Does age really have anything to do with fitness, or can an in-shape older body outperform competitors who are decades younger? Willow Searle, 22, and Gina Michel, 46, went head-to-head to find the answers to these questions. Gina loves to exercise. She attends weekly classes at the gym to boost her fitness abilities. "I was feeling quite confident because I knew she was older so I had age on my side." Willow says. Their first hurdle, a cycling challenge, was easy for Willow at the start. But after a while, she grew tired and Gina took the lead.
