5 Tasty Smoothies To Get More Protein & More Greens

If you are having trouble eating enough protein and enough greens each day, smoothies are simple, yet easy ways to get in some more of your daily requirements. For each smoothie simply blend all the ingredients and drink up! 1. Chocolate Berry 1 mango 1 cup frozen blueberries 3 cups baby spinach 2 tbsp cacao powder 1 cup unsweetened almond milk 2 scoops chocolate protein powder Makes 2 servings   2. Chocolate Hazelnut  1 large frozen banana 1 tbsp peanut butter 1-2 tbsp cacao powder 3 cups baby spinach 1 cup hazelnut milk or unsweetened  almond milk and then add 1/8 tsp hazelnut extract Makes 1 serving   3. Total veggie  1 1/2 cups water 1/2 cucumber 1 stalk celery 1 large handful of spinach/kale mix (stems removed) Juice of 1/2 lemon and 1/2 lime Handful of mint leaves 1 scoop hemp protein powder Makes 1 serving   4. Simple Vanilla 1/2 cup water 1/2 unsweetened vanilla almond milk 1 frozen banana 1/2 cup frozen spinach 1 scoop vanilla protein 1/8 tsp vanilla extract   5. Tropical smoothie 1 frozen banana 1 cup fresh pineapple 1 mango 2 cups baby spinach 1 tbsp flax seed oil 1 tsp coconut oil 2 scoops vanilla protein powder 1 cup water Makes 2 servings   There you have it - tasty and healthy.
