5 TIPS For TRIMMER HIPS, BUTT, & THIGHS!
Women can have a real challenging time losing weight around the hips, butt, and thighs area...
Even Though they may be exercising regularly and/or losing weight in other areas of the body...
WHY?
This is partly due to genetics as each person distributes fat accumulation differently, but this can also be due to controllable factors such as type of exercise, training methods and a healthful diet.
The dominance of estrogen is one the reasons we store fat in the hips, butt and thigh area. Hormones do play an important role in not only where we store fat, but it also greatly affects our overall level of health so I think it's really important to do the best you can from your end to minimize any unpleasant side effects.
Here are 5 Tips To Help you out... 1. INTENSE EXERCISE and WEIGHT TRAINING: Boost your Human Growth Hormone (HGH) naturally at least 3 times a week through Intense Exercise and Maximize it's potential by reducing sugars, and unnecessary carbohydrates at night as HGH is released primarily at night when we are asleep and insulin reduces it's powerful effects. 2. VARY YOUR LOWER BODY TRAINING METHODS: This is what I do...I combine heavier lower body weight training with muscular endurance exercises such as supersets or trisets with NO Rest! Some Examples...- Heavy sumo(plié) squats with plank jacks 1 minute, or
- Alternating plyometric Reverse lunges + v-sit scissor kicks + Star Jumps,
- or my favorite...a side plank with opposite elbow to knee + Star pushups + DB Swings.
- Shuffle touch down squats + Mountain climbers
There are many variations to shock the body, the jacks and star jumps activate the adductors along the inner thigh plus the glutes...I believe you look how you train so mix it up!
3. EAT WATER RICH GREEN FOODS! Reduce cortisol naturally and reduce acidity in your body with an alkaline diet. An acidic body is shown to hinder weight loss as elevated cortisol levels tell the body to protect itself with water retention and stored body fat. Natural detoxifiers...green foods alkalize the blood and reduces inflammation which reduces cortisol...green foods are also excellent for your skin! ;) 4. AVOID ESTROGEN MIMICKING COMPOUNDS- XENOESTROGENS- XENO, literally means "foreign" so avoid Foreign estrogens These include- Plastic bottles
- Growth hormones in dairy and meat products
- Canned foods
- Chemical pesticides & Herbicides
- Food preservatives
- Household cleaning products
