Surfer Girl Workout: Wipeout Wednesday Your upper body should be sore today from the intense workout from yesterday so today we are going to focus on lower body: legs. What better way to start your “hump day” than with this hiit workout. Take on each workout with enthusiasm and see how it affects you mood all day. We know that people get down during winter due to the dark and the cold. When you work out , you rise endorphin levels in your body and that makes you feel good. This workout will make you feel good about yourself inside and out. Having strong legs is just as important to a surfer as having strong arms because when you wipeout you need to get to safety and your legs help you swim to the surface of the water to get your next breath. This workout uses cardio exercises with lunges and squats to come at the legs in all different directions. 60 seconds of burpees always get me dripping with sweat. This may be a short workout but it’s also a high intensity interval training workout and it will give you the results you are looking for. You will need a rope for today’s exercise, if you don’t have one just jump like you do have a jump rope.   Wipeout Wednesday Emphais: Legs/Cardio 60 sec. jog in place jog in place 30 sec. lunges on each side (right and left)lunges 30 sec. high knees high-knees 60 sec. burpees burpees 30 sec. squats squat 60 sec. jumping rope jump rope Repeat series a total of 3x, making this a 15 hiit workout. This is a tough workout but at the end you will feel stronger for completing it. Don’t forget to drink plenty of water all day long. You will see more results and feel better if you continue to hydrate yourself throughout each day of this workout.

We ship within Canada and the United States via FedEx with expedited 2-Day shipping.

For locations outside of the US and Canada, we ship using FedEx International, which is usually in transit for 5-7 business days, depending on location.

We ship all of our physical products with FedEx, from our warehouse location in Kingston, Ontario, Canada. Signatures are required on all orders.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return policy, as long as: it is not more than 30 days past the date of delivery; and your item is in its original condition and packaging with the original order number. Refunds will be issued when the equipment is received back to the BodyRock warehouse, minus the original cost of shipping, and the customer is responsible for the costs of return shipping. To request a refund on physical product purchases, please contact us.

Digital Products

We cannot issue refunds on digital goods such as e-books or videos, as these are non-tangible goods that are irrevocable once the order is placed.
