5k Playlist

How do I run faster? How do I keep a good pace? How do I keep going? Music! Music is what keeps me going on a run; it’s what pumps me up to hold a steady pace. When I feel like I can’t go on any more and I’ve run out of gas music is what keeps me going to the finish line. A 5k is 3.1 miles and that might not sound like that many miles but when you are running a 5k it feels like a lot more than 3.1 miles. Also if you have never run a 5k you should train for it, because you don’t want to injure yourself by overexerting your body. A great song to run to has a fast beat and a great chorus. I especially love running to EDM (electronic dance music) because every song pumps you up and makes you want to run faster. I have put together a perfect playlist for running a 5k. Every song will keep you pushing to finish, you won’t even notice how long you have been running because you are enjoying listening to the music coming out of your headphones. Before you know it you will be done with your run and the playlist will be over. 5k Playlist

Bonus Track: “All I Do is Win” by DJ Khaled 5k playlist Sprint every time the chorus plays “All I do is win, win, win, no matter what, got money on my mind, I can never get enough, and every time I step up in the building everybody’s hands go up, and they stay there, and they stay there, and they stay there, up, down, up down, up, down, cause all I do is win, win, win, and if you are going in put your hands in the air and make them stay there” Slow down to your regular pace during the verses. You will see even more results from your run by implementing this bonus track. This playlist will last a little bit longer than your run if you are running a 10-12 minute mile, you should finish your run before the playlist ends. That way you can take a walking lap to bring your heart rate down and stretch while still listening to this epic playlist.
