6 HIIT Exercises You Can Do Anywhere (Infographic)

For many, summertime means sun, patios and epic vacations. When you have so many fun activities eating up your spare time, keeping up with your fitness routine can feel nearly impossible. But just because you don't think you have time for a workout, doesn't mean that's true. The beauty of HIIT exercises is that they don't take a lot of time to perform and they can be done just about anywhere. At BodyRock, we believe exercise routines should be accessible and fit into your daily routine. That's why we've put together this handy little, equipment-free (although you can easily add the weighted vest), full-body circuit you can bust out whether you're on the road, at the cottage, or taking advantage a staycation. After a 5 to 10 minute warmup, perform each move for 30 seconds, doing as many reps as you can with good form. Rest for 10 seconds between moves.
