7 Day Drink Enough Challenge

Do you drink enough? Men should drink 13 cups of water (3 liter), women should drink 9 cups of water (2,2 liter) of total fluids a day. Did you know, if you feeling thirsty, you are already dehydrated. But sometimes water is boring. Here are 7 ideas to pimp your water every day. All ingredients are for 2,5 liter water. Prepare overnight in a pitcher is the best option. Slice all fruits or vegetables (not the blueberries) as skinny as possible, put ingredients on the bottom of pitcher & fill up with water.

Day 1 Cucumber-Mint-Water  2 cucumber, sliced 32 leaves mint
