Smoothies are a super easy and super tasty way to eat breakfast. They aren't complicated to throw together so when you're in your morning fog, just trying to hold it all together, you can try one of these recipes. These smoothies will provide you with several of the vitamins and nutrients you need to get your day started right! Check it out: 1. Cherry-Vanilla Smoothie In a blender, process 1 1/4 cups nonfat plain yogurt, 1 1/4 cups frozen cherries, 1/3 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk, 2 tbsp sliced almonds, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract and 1/4 tsp cinnamon on high until smooth, 1 minute. For thicker consistency, add 1/2 cup ice.   2. Sweet Peach Smoothie In a blender, process 2 cups peach slices, 3 oz silken tofu (1/3 cup cubes), 1 1/2 tbsp almond butter, 1/8 tsp ground turmeric, 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk and 1 cup ice on high until smooth, 1 minute. 3. Mega Greens Smoothie In a blender, process 1 cup spinach, 1 cup plain nonfat yogurt, 1 small frozen banana, 1/2 cup frozen pineapple bites, 1/4 avocado, 1 tbsp parsley and 2 tsp olive oil until smooth, 1 minute. 4. Cocoa-Banana Smoothie In a blender, process 1 ripe banana, 1 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder, 1 tbsp plus 1 tsp almond butter, 3 oz silken tofu (1/3 cup cubes), 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk and 1 cup ice cubes on high until smooth, 1 minute. 5. Pineapple-Kale Smoothie In a blender, process 1 cup frozen pineapple, 1/2 ripe banana, 1 cup kale, 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk and 2/3 cup nonfat plain yogurt on high until smooth, 1 minute. 6. Blueberry Smoothie In a blender, process 1 cup blueberries, 1 cup kale, 1 cup plain nonfat yogurt, 1/2 large frozen banana and 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk on high until smooth, 1 minute. 7. Strawberry-Banana-Peanut Butter Smoothie Combine 3/4 cup 1% milk, 1/3 cup 0% plain Greek yogurt, 1 cup fresh or frozen sliced strawberries, 1 very ripe banana, 1 small chopped carrot, 2 teaspoons peanut butter and a dash of cinnamon in a blender. Blend on high until smooth. If you want a frothier smoothie, add 1/2 cup ice cubes and blend again until smooth. Yum. That's a smoothie for every morning of your week. Fast, Express Shipping.
We want you to start your fitness journey with us as quickly as possible, that’s why we send every package to the USA & Canada via expedited or standard shipping with our partners at UPS. Once your order is received and processed, it just takes 2-4 days to get to you once it leaves our warehouse. That’s our commitment and we stand by it.

We ship within Canada and the United States via UPS with Standard & Expedited shipping (whichever is faster)

For locations outside of the US and Canada, we ship using FedEx International (EUROPE and Other Nations), which is usually in transit for 7-10 business days, depending on location.

We ship all of our physical products with UPS, from our warehouse location in Kingston, Ontario, Canada. Signatures are required on all orders. Delays caused due to custom withholds are not included in these estimated delivery times.

Returns & Exchanges

BodyRock Equipment

We offer a 30-day return policy, as long as: it is not more than 30 days past the date of delivery; and your item is in its original condition and packaging with the original order number. Refunds will be issued when the equipment is received back to the BodyRock warehouse, minus the original cost of shipping, and the customer is responsible for the costs of return shipping. To request a refund on physical product purchases, please contact us.

Digital Products

We cannot issue refunds on digital goods such as e-books or videos, as these are non-tangible goods that are irrevocable once the order is placed.

Clothing

All of the BodyRock clothing is made to order and so is final sale. If you have any questions about sizing prior to placing your order, please contact us.
