7 DIY At Home Beauty Spa Treatments

Who wants to spend countless dollars going to the spa? Not me! There are certain products that you probably have on hand, in your kitchen, that work just as well as anything that the spa can give you. Here are my favorite beauty spa DIY's from head to toe: 1.Oatmeal Bath Treatment 0 (1) Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 2 cups whole coconut milk
Directions:
  1. Pour oats into the bathtub, stirring with your hand.
  2. Next, add in the coconut milk.
  3. Soak for at least 20 minutes for a soothing bath.
2.Lip Scrub 0 (1) Ingredients:
  • 1 tsp white sugar
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
Directions:
  1. Mix both ingredients thoroughly.
  2. Apply to lips, rubbing in a circular motion for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Rinse and pat dry.
3. Facial Microdermabrasion Woman receiving massage  - microdermabrasion Ingredients:
  • 2 tbsp Baking soda
  • 1 tbsp water
Directions:
  1. Form a paste in a small bowl with both ingredients.
  2. Wet face with warm water.
  3. Apply paste to face, avoiding the eye area, rubbing in a circular motion for 5 minutes.
  4. Rise and pat dry.
4. Skin Moisturizer  0 (1) Ingredients
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp shea butter
Directions
  1. Mix both ingredients.
  2. Spread the mixture in the palms of your hands and dab where needed.
  3. Rub deeply into your skin.
5. Foot Soak 0 (1) Ingredients
  • 2 cups Listerine mouth wash
  • 1 cup vinegar
  • 1 cup water
Directions
  1. Combine ingredients in a basin dish.
  2. Soak feet for 15 minutes or longer.
  3. Scrub and rinse.
  4. Pat dry.
6. Anti-Aging Facial 0 (1) Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp Vitamin E
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tsp baking soda
Directions
  1. Mix ingredients in a small bowl.
  2. Rub micture into a circular motion all over your face, avoiding the eyes, for 5 minutes
  3. Rinse and pat dry.

  • 1/2 cup Coffee grounds
  • 1/2 olive oil
  • 1/4 cup sugar
Directions
  1. Mix ingredients together thoroughly.
  2. Apply to buttocks and thighs, rubbing in a circular motion for at least 5 minutes.
  3. Rinse and dry.
