Fill your playlist with songs that will make you want to crush a few extra sets or keep you motivated to finish your workout.
2. Watch Your Form
As with many things with life, when it comes to your exercises, quality is more important than quantity. Doing an exercise improperly increases your risk for injury. What's more, doing an exercise with poor form is not particularly effective. You are far better off doing something slowly and properly than you are rushing through your reps. If you get a strong grip on the basics of the moves you are doing, you will see amazing results.
