Recently, she's been in the media for her newfound love for working out wish helped her to shed some pounds. She've even come out with a new book, "Strong Looks Better Naked," that will definitely motivate as well as educate you on living a well-balanced lifestyle. Here are her best tips:
In her book, Khloe reveals that, when she moved to Dallas for ex-husband Lamar's NBA career, she found herself extremely lonely, so she began to hit the elliptical. "That's how I began to deal with my own isolation—by visiting the hotel gym every day, sometimes twice a day," she explains. "As the days turned into weeks, however, I began to look forward to the workouts. I loved sweating. I loved the feeling of accomplishment when it was over."
2. Positive body image
While the media constantly scrutinized Khloe's body, she says that she always adored her curvier figure. "In fact, I was so comfortable with my looks that in some ways they shaped my personality," she says. "I was a happy girl, cheerful and upbeat. I didn't think about my weight, and as a result I wasn't as stressed out as most other girls my age."

3. Loving workouts
In order to find the motivation to workout, you have to know what you like and what you don't like. Khloe is into cardio. "If you want to know what really, truly matters when it comes to exercise, it's this: You have to find an exercise you can grow to love," she explains. "If you don't, you won't stick with it, and nothing will change." But while she loves cardio, she despises running, so she opts for jumping rope.
4. Eating the right foods
Every decade seems to bring about a fad diet that urges us to admit we've been eating wrong this entire time. In the '90s, fat was bad and in the '00s carbs were bad. But Khloe says you have to avoid the foods that don't work for YOU not the general masses. "In a way, you become your own labratory," she explains. "Your body's response will tell you exactly what it's going to take to run smoothly and feel right."
