I figured Monday is right round the corner & this is PERFECT for when you get up in the morning to Smash out before work !!
I think it will push you in ALL areas.
Sometimes the most simplest of workouts push me the most.

Warm Up Strength Routine:
Complete 4 Sets of the below:

Cardio Section:
Do one of the below for the 8 rounds - ( I did skipping with high knees for my 8 rounds) -

to 10 seconds rest & 50 seconds work for 8 rounds.
Skipping, High Knees, Prisoner Squat Jumps, Jog/run On Spot, Box Step Ups, Switch Lunges, Burpees, Squat Jumps
Cool Down Strength Exercises:
