A Radiant Jennifer Garner Gets Fit With An Early Morning Run

Stepping out without her wedding ring, the always beautiful Jennifer went for a run in the LA sunshine recently. Alongside the actress was her personal trainer and close female friend, Valerie Waters. Valerie says of her client of over 10 years. Jennifer, a mother of three, finds time to bang out 45 minutes of circuit training a day. These circuits include bicep curls, planks, pushups and squats. "With food I'm probably good 80 percent of the time." Jennifer explains. "I eat lots of leafy greens, dark greens, with rice too because I want it to be a meal. I just have a big bag of greens… I keep it in a Ziploc bag and I just pull out handfuls of it for lunch every day." Since she and Ben revealed their 10 year marriage was over this June, Jennifer has been spotted always looking happy and relaxed.
