They work for an ad agency and just one month ago, they did not look like this. In a matter of weeks, these women trimmed themselves down to 12% body fat while the men sustained 5% to 6%. How These People Did It!"] When their boss said he wanted to do a naked shoot featuring his executives for the company's rebranding launch, the execs were apprehensive. They decided to go on a strict high protein, low-fat diet and workout intensely to prepare and to rebrand their own image. muscle toning workouts David Moritz, the man who posed nude in the pictures, claims that what he ate was the most vital factor in becoming muscular. high protein low fat "You need [protein] to continue to build muscle. Which is a little bit more than one gram of protein per every pound that you weigh. You don't feel tired because your body is getting what it needs." he explains. The team had 5 months to begin prepping for the shoot, but the final 30 days of the regime was what really made them sweat and struggle. They had to eat 6 meals a day, everyday. The meals included: Meal 1: 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1/2 cup almond milk, 1/2 cup blueberries, one scoop carb-free protein shake Meal 2: 3 egg whites, 1/4 cup plain potatoes Meal 3: 3 oz. ground turkey, low-carb wrap with a cup of romaine lettuce Meal 4: 3 oz. grilled chicken and 1/4 of an avocado Meal 5: 6 oz. fish with a 1/4 cup steamed jasmine rice and six pieces of asparagus Meal 6: 6 oz. of 99% lean ground beef with 1/4 avocado and 1 cup romaine lettuce No alcohol, condiments or treats were allowed. In the 30 days leading up to going nude, the team worked out 7 days a week. They attacked weight lifting, cardio and other gruelling workouts to see results. Since the photoshoot is done, not all of the participants have stuck to the diet. However, David has stayed on track by finding motivation in the photos and wanting to look that good naked every day.
