Food To Be Fit: ABC Breakfast

This breakfast is one of my favourites...extremely healthy, light, fresh, filling, and it will give you energy for hours! Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds

Directions:

  1. Measure cottage cheese and spoon into bowl.
  2. Cube avocado, slice banana and place on top.
  3. Sprinkle with hemp seeds.
