This breakfast is one of my favourites...extremely healthy, light, fresh, filling, and it will give you energy for hours! I personally enjoy the taste and texture of the banana and avocado together, but if you prefer another fruit or flavour, feel free to sub something else in.
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 banana
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- Measure cottage cheese and spoon into bowl.
- Cube avocado, slice banana and place on top.
- Sprinkle with hemp seeds.
