Active Kids, Active Mom : Park HIIT

During the spring, summer, and fall, we spend a lot of time at the parks around town!! I admit...it can get kind of boring if you are just standing around while your kids play.  Which is why I try to get involved with them and stay active myself - on a particularly busy day I try to kill two birds with one stone and get my workout done too.  A lot of the time we go for a run/bike ride prior to stopping at the park to play.  Tack on the circuit below on your next visit to the park!   park   Park HIIT : Repeat as many times as you wish 5 Pull Ups 15 Tricep Dips 10 Pogo Hops - L 10 Pogo Hops - R 25 Step Taps 10 Box Jumps 10 Hanging Oblique Abs (L/R)
