Afternoon Elixir

Ingredients
8oz filtered and boiling water 1/2 lemon, sliced whole 1 tsp ginger (I use the pre-minced ginger in a jar from Ginger People or the frozen Dorot crushed ginger if I don't have fresh ginger on hand) 1 tsp raw local honeyDirections
Add the lemon, ginger and honey to a mug. Pour the heated water into the mug and stir. Add more water halfway through to extend your afternoon delight. Enjoy!1 comment
