Ashtanga Sun Salutation B

This Sun Salutation B series continues from where the post on Ashtanga Sun Salutation A left off. Traditionally, the A series is performed 5 times followed immediately by the B series for another 5 rounds, though you are free to practice as many (or as few) Sun Salutations as you wish.
