The Athletic Karlie Kloss Admits to Being Really Bad At THIS Workout!

The supermodel has been praised for having one of the world's most beautiful bodies by Self Magazine. She is ultra-athletic and loves every kind of exercise! Well...almost every kind. The 22-year-old fashion industry favourite has a sleek, toned frame that is perfect for many sports. The 6'2" beauty says that surfing is her downfall, as Great Ideas reports. "I was really, really bad at it. I think I’m too tall!” Karlie tells Self, explaining her bad experience with the water sport. Her failure to ride the waves doesn't stop Karlie from trying new, unique forms of exercise. She's a lover of fitness and is dedicated to Pilates, yoga, dance and anything cardio. Her fit addiction comes from the powerful stress relief it provides her. “It really is such a release for me mentally,” she reveals to the magazine. “That’s why I’m so passionate about health and fitness.” Her diet has not always been in-line with her crazy fitness regime. But she has learned to curb her love of junk food treats. “I stopped eating Goldfish and Oreos and started eating kale salads and avocado toast. It changed my energy.
