Avo-Berry Tang Smoothie: Optimize The Green Goodness

Powerful and flavourful, this Blendtec recipe uses coconut water (hailed as Nature's Gatorade) and low-calorie, high-nutrient spinach to deliver a shockwave of green goodness to your body! Coconut water is packed with electrolytes and hydrates you better than any sports drink. It keeps your skin so clear and quenched that it glows, and satiates your system so you don't crave junk food. Spinach is a superfood heavy-weight. It's nutrient-dense and low in calories. It's an anti-inflammatory agent to protect your body from disease, and it's phytonutrients are heart healthy. To make your Avo-Berry Tang Smoothie, add these ingredients into your Blendtec:
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 3⁄4 cup coconut water
