Baked Pumpkin

I´m a working mum. During the week I prefer food that is healthy and tasty, but can be prepared quickly. This one is vegan, gluten-free, lactose- free. You need only 15 minutes to prepare and can train while it cooks. Baked Pumpkin Serves: 4 That´s in: 1 Hokkaido 6 tablespoons olive oil 1 clove of garlic 2 teaspoons cumin 2 teaspoons paprika powder 2 teaspoons marjoram 2 teaspoons curry powder 2 teaspoons salt 1 teaspoon pepper 3 tablespoons seeds (I decide for pumpkin, sunflower and pine) Cut the pumpkin into wedges. You don´t have to peel the shell is soft after baking. Mix the olive oil with the spices and seeds in a big bowl. Enter the pumpkin and mix well. Put on a baking tray and bake for 30 minutes at 392°F. Serve with a cup of fresh lamb´s lettuce. Most Germans know only as pumpkin soup or pickled vegetables.
