Banana Nut Protein Oatmeal Bake
Ingredients
-2 ripe bananas (mashed)
-2 cups quick oats -2 cups almond milk
-1/4 cup vanilla protein powder (I use MRM-take 40% off your order with code SIA)
-2 eggs -2 tbsp cinnamon
-1/2 cup raw maple syrup
-1/2 cup pecans
Directions:
1. Mix banana, cinnamon, oats, eggs, and protein together.
2. Slowly stir, adding in the oats.
3. Pour mixture into a greased baking pan and pour milk over it.
4. Pour pecans evenly on top and drizzle with syrup.
5. Bake for 30 minutes at 375 degrees.
