Band Assisted Workout #2: Upper Body

Bands are easy to carry in your bag and optimal for at home or at work lunch time workouts.  Here, I show you how easy it is to get a great workout in during lunch. This series will cover a quick 15 minute workout that you can do every day to get a great total body workout at home or at work and still have time to eat your lunch!

For each of these exercises, select a resistance that will give you a slight push to complete the reps.  For this workout I selected a 30 lb resistance to use for the duration of this workout. The bands I am using are GoFit Brand.  They come with three resistances, a door hinge, ankle straps, and handles for under $30.00.

Complete all reps in each set before moving on to the next.

Chest Press  3 x 12

High Middle Back Row 3 x 12

Kneeling Upper back Row 3 x 12

Trunk Twists 3 x 12 (each Side)
