Come and say hello :) and get in the best shape of your life Here L xx Hi BodyRockers, I wanted to share something personal today because I've been going through a bit of a rough time and I wanted to reach out for your thoughts and support. Freddy let me take over the writing of the post today to talk to you guys so here goes.  As some of you know I was in a new relationship recently that seemed very promising. To be honest I fell pretty hard and fast. After spending countless hours chatting over the course of several weeks I decided to go down to the States and meet this girl in person. My time there was amazing. I made sure to introduce this person to people that care about me. Everyone said the same thing - she seemed lovely. Its worth letting you guys know that I don't make a habit of allowing myself to fall too quickly for people. I think it's important to get a read on people's values. When I do get into relationships tho I really lead from the heart and try and be the best boyfriend I can be. I really thought that I had found a great partner. I want you guys to know that I'm not here to name names, insult anyone or put anyone down. You guys have been training with us for years now and I hope you know that I'm just not that kind of person. It turns out that everything about this person, from their name, to their age, to where they lived, to their job was a lie. Everything. Think about how scary that is for a minute. They were even already in a relationship. As I've discovered the scope of this fiction it has literally just left me shocked and speechless. I feel so foolish, and yet I just haven't ever experienced anything remotely like this before. We all embellish from time to time. I've told a white lie here and there - but to completely make up a whole identity and present yourself to someone under totally false pretences is just way beyond normal. They say you never really know who you are talking to online - and I guess I had to learn that lesson for myself. I thought I was moving forward in a new happy relationship - it turns out I was with a complete stranger the whole time. Has anything ever happened to you guys like this? How did you deal with it? In the age of social media do you ever think it's possible to safely know someone?
