Be creative to check your strength

My husband challenged me to see how long I could hold my arms out to the side.

I had never done that before, even though I've seen it done. Thinking it wouldn't be too tough, I thought, I bet I could go 5 min. Shockingly, I went 7:01. What I found is that works so much of your body. I felt my shoulders, arms down to my elbow, pecks, and core. My arms and palms started to sweat.
