With the Mr Olympia Competition only a few weeks away I wanted to step up my game a little bit. Please note, I am not competing, I am only going for the expo… but for anyone who has gone before, everyone walking around looks like they just stepped out of a fitness magazine so you want to be in tip top shape!
Also by taking advantage of living only 1.5 miles away from the beach, I put together a couple of fun HIIT beach workouts. I’ll be incorporating these HIIT workouts in addition to my regular gym workouts. These workouts are great because no gym equipment is required, neither is the beach! Just go outside, inside, hotel, vacation, doesn’t matter… they’re portable, quick and effective!

I’ll be leaving for Vegas in exactly 33 days for the Olympia Expo, goal is to drop 2% body fat. Just a fun little short term goal to keep myself motivated.
