You might have indulged a little bit too much on the hamburgers and sweets, but now you want to get your pre-pregnancy body back. Here are a few tips that I used to get my body back with incorporating my daughter in to my workouts!Use a baby carrier and do stairs. Want an amazing back side.. Well, doing stairs is a great way to start out. I would go up one step at a time for 5 rounds then start skipping steps for another 5 rounds. I would repeat 4 to 5 more times.
A stroller + a pair of resistance bands is all you need to get a good workout until you can exercise without restrictions. (this is a picture of my daughter in her stroller after I did a 5 mile run-walk/resistance band workout.)
theDailyHIIT workouts are perfect for moms starting out. They are quick and effective. I always used my daughter, EmFran, as added weight once she got old enough to sit there.
Let them help you work out! A good laugh is not only good for the soul, but it cant take a lot of stress out of your life. Stress leads to weight gain, so if I can reduce stress in my life & reduce my weight gain, then so be it!
The biggest thing to remember is that no matter what you do, you are a mom! You are molding your children and they see everything you do. There will be some days were you don't want to work out and somedays that you want to eat junk food all day. Remember that if you can show your children good eating habits & exercising habits then they will have a better chance of being healthy & fit!L<3Ve & God Bless!
