Beginner Challenge | Day 1

You can get a great full body workout in four simple moves. You don’t even need any special fitness equipment. The key is program design. In less than the time it would take you to drive to the gym, you will sculpt and tone your body from head to toe. We’ve combined squats, push-ups, and some killer core moves to give you a comprehensive and effective full body workout. Yes, this is a beginner’s workout, but that doesn’t mean you can take it easy. HIIT training demands that you dig deep and really challenge yourself with every single movement – this is how you’re going to see results.

Day 2 is going to help you build on Day 1. Exercises will be similar, but a lot tougher to help you build on today. We hope you're ready for the challenge. You're going to do great!
