Beginner Challenge | Day 2

Welcome back! Your day 2 workout is going to build on day 1, so the exercises are going to be a little tougher, but nothing you can’t handle. Remember to work at your own pace and listen to your body, but don’t shy away from challenging yourself. Really focus on perfecting your form with these exercises. You want to make sure your abs are always engaged to get the best ab workout possible. You also want to keep your spine flat and long. Try not to round out your back. Most of all, make sure you have fun! Loving your workout means you’ll actually want to do your workout, which is, of course, half the battle.

what's happening tomorrow?

You're going to be sore after today so we have built in some stretching exercises to help you feel better tomorrow. Not enough of us stretch and stretching is key for recovery. Once you are through today you might be hurting a little, but tomorrow's workout will help you remove some of that soreness. See ya then!
