We’re all over the map today. Up, down, working on agility, balance and strength. We’ve added a little bit of cardio in this HIIT training workout to help get you ready for the more advanced BodyRock programs. There is some equipment in this routine, but if you don’t have the equipment, don’t worry. As usual, we’ll give you some options. You’ve made it to day 4, so don’t give up now! It’s time to push harder. You’ll notice the workouts will get easier as you get fitter, so don’t hold yourself to the same standards. Evolve!
