How did Week 1 go? Did you commit to as many workouts as possible, reduce the modifications and increase the reps? Did you just do a few workouts? If you did any at all then that is a great step! Let's crank it up a notch this week and keep you building towards your goals!

What's happening tomorrow?

You'll do this one again tomorrow if you are able to, or you can take a rest day depending on your level. This workout stays the same for the week, but you can increase repetitions and reduce modifications as you get stronger!
