Beginner Workouts | Week 3

You're half way through the weekly beginner series!! Did you know that it takes 21 days to form a habit? If you complete this week's workouts then you will have reached the 21 day mark and you are well on your way to a healthy lifestyle that will become second nature. Once again, you can do these workouts for 5 straight days, with 2 days rest, adjust your modifications, and increase your reps when you feel strong enough. If you're not quite there yet, then do them every other day. Keep Pushing, we are with you!

What's happening tomorrow?

You'll do this one again tomorrow if you are able to, or you can take a rest day depending on your level. This workout stays the same for the week, but you can increase repetitions and reduce modifications as you get stronger!
